Treadmill- Begin with the treadmill with the starting incline at zero as you walk or jog slowly. Raise the inclination one level four times after every 15 seconds and then reverse or decrease the incline. Bike– Divide the bike routine into 5 minutes each session. Begin with a slow pace then jumping to a few levels higher. Then decrease the pace after every 30 seconds. Repeat the same once more. Now keep increasing the level with every minute till half an hour workout is done.
Elliptical training- Initiate the workout with first 6 minutes of resistance and then move to ramp three times in every 30 seconds. With equal intervals, decrease resistance and ramp both. Repeat the moves but this time reverse the entire process by going lower first and then return to the middle. Do this alternating routine till you complete a half an hour session with the elliptical trainer.

Hit the road- Why waste your money on gym equipment and enrolments when all you can better do is hit the road straight forth. Fresh air with brisk walking for initial 5-10 minutes then digress to a hopping jog for the next three, then for 30 seconds each follow up with a sprint or run.
