Rule #4 :Sleep at least 7 hours a day: When a person sleeps for six hours or less, a tired body craves for high carbohydrate or sugary foods to recover the energy it has lost. So always try to take seven hours peaceful sleep. Give your body sufficient rest to help stop cravings for such foods.
